Jo’s journey in the lifting industry began in 1989 when she joined Lifting Gear Hire as a hire controller. Today, Jo is shaping teams across the region and championing training and development programmes that are helping close the skills gap and build the next generation of lifting professionals.

John Kesson has built JK Lifting into a trusted name in engineering, fabrication, and heavy lifting solutions. His career has spanned major infrastructure projects, offshore developments, and specialist machinery lifting, driving operational excellence, industry innovation, and workforce mentorship.

Colin Naylor has spent nearly 40 years in the lifting industry, driving growth and leadership at Lloyds British, Speedy, LGH, and now Brandon Hire Station. His career has focused on strategic development, operational excellence, and building businesses into key market players.

Callum’s career in the lifting industry began as an apprentice in mechanical fitting, and through dedication and hands-on experience, he has risen to become a Project Manager and Site Lifting Subject Matter Expert (SME) at TechnipFMC.
