Lifting Futures was born out of a clear industry need. Following a comprehensive sector-wide survey, it became evident that the lifting industry faces a growing skills gap – not due to lack of opportunity, but due to lack of awareness. Many people simply don’t realise the range of dynamic, high-skill, and rewarding careers available within this essential field.
In response, our campaign was created to shine a light on the lifting industry – from crane operations to rigging, engineering to logistics – and to inspire a new generation of skilled professionals. We’re here to tell the stories, showcase the careers, and connect curious minds with real opportunities.
